If you are traveling by, why not stop by Simon Lake. This lake is one of the great places here in the San Francisco Mountains. Alamocito Creek is a stream that you may bump into during your stay, and if you're looking for a tremendous spree, Gila Cliff Dwellings National Monument is pretty near. At Simon Lake you don’t see much rainfall; through August this area sees the most rain while April is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Summer brings
