The Embudito Trail is a great hiking trail in the vicinity of Simms Reservoir, and Gonzales Reservoir is a tremendous lake nearby. Don't leave Simms Reservoir without first paying a visit to Oso Spring, and Juan Tabo Detention Dam is an out of the ordinary thing to check out. This lake is so wonderful. Sandia Peak is a very popular ski area nearby, and going for a hike on the Pino Trail is always a glorious adventure. High temperatures at Simms Reservoir during
