de la Sierra is pretty arid usually; the month with most of the rain is August, and April is when it's the driest. A tour to Flavjo Spring will fill your soul with perfect feelings, and the Ojitas Polvadera Trail offers hiking at
its best. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. Camping at Seven Springs Campground is always a delightful experience, and not far from Laguna de la Sierra you'll stumble on Laguna de los Pinos which
is a beautiful lake. This lake is so wonderful. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop at nearby Laguna Madrid, and if you need a spot to stay Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Los Alamos, Nm is a great choice.
If you want a brilliant time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Laguna de la Sierra. Dry warm beds await you at The Abiquiu Inn, and Pajarito Mountain is a magnificent local ski area. This lake is located in the wonderful San Juan and Jemez Mountains.
