For the duration of the long summer days highs here at Seven Lakes get into the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Seven Lakes. Nearby lakes? Sure, Beaver Lake is near Seven Lakes, and the Bernal Trail offers hiking at its best. The snow is perfect at Ski Rio, and Seven Lakes is tremendous enough to spend more       than a day at, Mallette Campground is a tremendous local campground. This lake is so wonderful. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Red River is in the neighborhood of Seven Lakes. There's so much to do here at Seven Lakes that you need to camp here for a while, McCrystal Creek Campground is a brilliant place for that. Just can't get enough of Seven Lakes. If you need a site to stay Best Western River's Edge is a fine choice, and you're perhaps hooked on                  lakes, Costilla Reservoir is one of those nearby. So much enjoyable stuff to do here in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains, too good to be true. Cherokee Canyon is a delightful place to visit nearby; it's a tremendous idea to check out Allen Creek. All year is a wonderful time in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains if you go for the outdoors. Econo Lodge Eagle Nest is a brilliant spot to get some rest. This lake is located in the wonderful Sangre De Cristo Mountains.
