     The beauty of Santa Cruz Lake attracts many people from all around. Northlake Campground is a good campground here, and if you need a spot to stay Espanola-Days Inn is a perfect choice. Summertime highs at Santa Cruz Lake commonly tend to be in the 90's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 40's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Santa Cruz Lake plunge into the 10's.  
   Why not take a refreshing hike along the Medio Dia Trail.
Not much precipitation falls here at Santa Cruz Lake; August is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month of the year is February. This lake is so wonderful. You're sure to run into some good people from Santa Fe here; you might also want to pay a visit to La Caja while you're here at Santa Cruz Lake. This lake is so wonderful.                Mosca Trail is a brilliant local trail; a great location for whitewater paddling is Rio Santa Cruz.
Ski Santa Fe has delightful slopes and a friendly staff, and some nearby water includes Rio Frijoles. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this place. Take a hike on the Rio Frijoles Trail; if time allows, Santa Fe National Historic Trail is a national park worth taking a look at. After a long day outdoors Cities Of Gold Casino is a great place to spend a night or two, and Rio Embudo is a tremendous whitewater spot nearby.
Santa Cruz Lake is a tremendous spot to camp, Overlook Campground is a tremendous spot, and Santa Cruz Reservoir Dam is an attention-grabbing thing to check out.
