A great place to camp here at Sandia Manor Reservoir is K O A Kampgrounds; close by you come across the Embudo Trail which is a brilliant hiking trail. If you want a glorious time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Sandia Manor Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. During your visit to Sandia Manor Reservoir you'll meet some folks from Albuquerque for sure; golf can be played at Los Altos Golf Course. Be careful coming to Sandia Manor Reservoir, you

Camping at Albuquerque Central KOA is always a splendid experience, and if you get bored of Sandia Manor Reservoir you could also stop at close by Gonzales Reservoir. Not much rain falls here at Sandia Manor Reservoir; the month with most of the rain is August, and November on the other hand is the driest. If you need a place to stay Bridgestreet The Enclave is a nice choice; a lake close by is Gutierrez Reservoir. | |

This lake is so wonderful. Oso Spring is always fun to check out, and you can take a little tour to Juan Tabo Detention Dam while you're here at Sandia Manor Reservoir. High temperatures at Sandia Manor Reservoir during the months
of summer are in the 90's while night lows are generally in the 60's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 40's; after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at Sandia Manor Reservoir sink into the 20's. If
time allows, Petroglyph National Monument is a national park worth taking a look at, and a pleasant place to check out is Embudito Canyon. The snow is tremendous at Sandia Peak, and going for a hike on the Pino Trail is always a glorious
adventure. There is a brilliant hiking trail next to Sandia Manor Reservoir called the Embudito Trail, and a perfect nearby hotel is Americas Best Value Inn/Albuquerque East.
