Summer brings highs in the 70's to San Isidro Lake while night lows are usually in the 40's. For the duration of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to San Isidro Lake. It is very dried up here at San Isidro Lake ordinarily; the month with most of the rain is July, and the driest month is January. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at San       Isidro Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Pendaries RV Resort is a fine place for that, and dry warm beds await you at Star Hill Inn. San Isidro Lake is one of the lakes here in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. A tour to Fort Union National Monument is recommended; there's great hiking along the Gascon Trail.
