     The Lost Lake Trail is a perfect hiking trail near Saladon Lake, obviously you could also explore Agua Fria Lake if you're here; it's not far at all. But wait, there's more enjoyable stuff to do in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. A splendid close by hotel is Angel Fire Resort; why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Angel Fire Resort Golf Course. Having a delightful time in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains is easy. If the weather is nice  
   here at Saladon Lake, you can go for a hike along the Kit Carson Trail, and Sierra Bonita Cabins and RV Park is a magnificent campground nearby.
This lake is so wonderful. Garcia Peak is stunning and can be seen from Saladon Lake. This lake is located in the wonderful Sangre De Cristo Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for something close to Saladon Lake? Middle Lake is in the neighborhood, and if you're here at Saladon Lake it's a great idea to take a look at Wild Horse Park. Throughout the long summer days highs here at Saladon Lake get into the 70's. During the moonlight hours it's typically in the 40's. Daytime highs all through the winter are in the 30's; overnight lows throughout the wintertime for Saladon Lake tend to be in the 0's.
