Not much precipitation falls here at Riner Lake; throughout July this area sees the most rain, and January on the other hand is the driest. High temperatures at Riner Lake throughout the summer are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 40's. During the wintertime this place gets highs in the 40's; all through the dark hours in the wintertime at Riner Lake temperatures dip to the 10's.       That right there is heaps of exciting stuff already but it goes on, the Sangre De Cristo Mountains has it all. A delightful site to camp here at Riner Lake is Dukes RV Park, and if you need a place to stay Las Vegas Super 8 Motel is a great choice. Don't leave Riner Lake without first going for a hike along the Gascon Trail, and Riner Lake is a place with many visitors from Las Vegas. Rito Cebolla is a stunning stream that is worth visiting; there's brilliant                  hiking along the Santa Fe Trail. The Sangre De Cristo Mountains scenery is always beautiful. That right there is heaps already, but it continues; Riner Lake has it all. Camping at Pendaries RV Resort is always a fine experience. This lake is so wonderful.
