Red Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. You imagine that's enough? Just getting warmed up. You could also explore La Cueva Reservoir since you're here at Red Lake; it's nearby; if you came to camp Pendaries RV Resort is a good place to do that. There's so much to do here at Red Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Trails End RV Park is a great spot for that; a journey to Fort Union National Monument is worthwhile. There's no way

the one with the most rain, and January is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful.
