Laguna de las Ranas is a nice lake to visit. During the summer months at Laguna de las Ranas highs are regularly in the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Laguna de las Ranas. Yeah, come up here to the San Juan Mountains for a good time. wonderful. The slopes of Pajarito Mountain are so inviting noone can resist. The Lemitas Trail offers hiking at its best, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Rio Chama. This lake
is so wonderful. Don't leave Laguna de las Ranas without first going for a hike along the Apache Trail, and Canjilon Creek Campground is a magnificent campground here. This place, Laguna de las Ranas, it definitely has so much outdoors
entertaining stuff. Laguna Lorenza is a nice lake in the vicinity of Laguna de las Ranas; do put some time aside to spend at Ojito del Comanche while you're here at Laguna de las Ranas. It is very dry here at Laguna de las Ranas regularly; August is the wettest month with most rain; April is the month with the least moisture.
