If you are in this part of New Mexico make sure to pay a visit to Pioneer Lake. whitewater. You completely have to adore the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. The top of Black Mountain is easily observed from Pioneer Lake, and if you need a spot to stay Adobe and Stars Inn is a glorious choice.
