At Pats Lake you don’t see much rain; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily September, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month of the year is March. All through the warm months here at Pats Lake, high temperatures commonly get into the 80's with night lows in the 60's. Highs all through the winter are regularly in the 50's while the cold winter nights at       Pats Lake are in the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. There's good hiking along the Ussery Trail, and do put some time aside to spend at Sitting Bull Spring if you're here at Pats Lake. The Golden Stairway Trail offers hiking at its best. There's so much to do here at Pats Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Queen Store Cafe and RV Park is a good site for that.
