The beauty of Parker Reservoir attracts many people from all around. The beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Posey Springs, and Parker Reservoir is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, Sacramento Mountain Retreat is a glorious local campground. | | out of the ordinary stuff to catch a glimpse of at Parker Dam next to Parker Reservoir; if you came to camp James Canyon Campground is a tremendous site to do that.
Nearby Carr Canyon is a good site to go if you're at Parker Reservoir, and you'll perhaps meet some folks from Alamogordo here. Parker Reservoir is a beautiful lake in the Sacramento Mountains. Parker Reservoir gets a normal amount of yearly precipitation; August is when you get the most rain here; April meanwhile is the driest month.
