     Paiz Pond is always a pleasure to visit. Not much precipitation falls here at Paiz Pond; through the month of August you get the most rain around here, and June is the month with the least moisture. You'll beyond doubt wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun stuff in the San Juan Mountains. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Jicarilla Inn; in case you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Rio Chama. If  
   you came to camp Blanco River Campground is a good place to do that; a good site for whitewater paddling is Navajo River.
Enbom Lake Dam is an exciting thing to check out; there's good hiking along the Leche Creek Trail. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Paiz Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Twin Rivers Trailer Park is a brilliant place for that. Lakes? Sure, Cinnamon Lake is in the neighborhood. So much cool stuff to
 
               do here at Paiz Pond, too good to be true. If you need a site to stay Holiday Inn Express Pagosa Springs, Co is a pleasant choice.
This lake is located in the wonderful San Juan Mountains. All through the days of summer, highs commonly are in the 80's at Paiz Pond while nighttime lows are regularly in the 40's. Highs during the winter are regularly in the 30's; overnight lows during the winter for Paiz Pond tend to be in the 0's.
