Pacheco Lake is a beautiful lake in the Sacramento Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Pacheco Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Deer Crossing RV Park is a fine spot for that, and the Whiskey Trail offers hiking at its best. So many fun things to do here in the Sacramento Mountains, too fine to be true. You'll need more than a day to explore       everything Pacheco Lake has to offer, you can camp at Baca Campground, and don't leave Pacheco Lake without first going for a hike along the Capitan Peak Trail. At Pacheco Lake you don’t see much rainfall; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and January is when it's the driest. Throughout the warmest time of the year at Pacheco Lake highs are mostly in the 90's. Summer night lows sink down to the 60's. Daytime highs during the winter                  are in the 50's with temperatures at Pacheco Lake dipping down into the 20's during winter nights.
