Lake Number One is a nice lake to visit. This lake is located in the wonderful Sangre De Cristo Mountains. This place, Lake Number One, it just has so much outdoors exciting stuff. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Ski Rio is next to Lake Number One, and Red River is a pleasant local ski area.
For the duration of the summertime months at Lake Number One highs are regularly in the 80's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's generally in the 40's. Through

| | the winter highs are in the 30's, and night lows at Lake Number One during the wintertime typically drop into the-10's. Not much rain falls here at Lake Number One; through August this area sees the most rain, and January meanwhile is the driest month. And that's not all the things you can do here in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. Dry warm beds await you at Monument Lake Park, and you can stay the night at McCrystal Creek Campground.

Creek is in close proximity to Lake Number One and is always a bliss to go to. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Lake Number One has to offer, you can camp at Potato Patch Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Going
for a hike on the Bernal Trail is always a nice adventure, and if you need a site to stay San Luis Inn is a perfect choice.
