Nombe Reservoir is always a pleasure to visit. Around Nombe Reservoir you don’t get a lot of rainfall; August is the month that gets the most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Rio Santa Cruz, and why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like TOWA Golf Course. Overlook Campground is a magnificent campground here, and if you need a location to stay Bishop's Lodge is a brilliant choice.

| | the summer at Nombe Reservoir temperatures are commonly in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. Daytime highs all through the winter are in the 40's, and overnight lows at Nombe Reservoir through the winter ordinarily dip into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. A great close by hotel is Cities Of Gold Casino, and going for a hike on the Rio Nambe Trail is always a pleasant adventure.

along the Borrego Trail, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Santa Fe here. You think that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. Do check out Nambe Reservoir close to Nombe Reservoir, it's a delightful lake; you can stay the night
at Northlake Campground. Near Nombe Reservoir you locate the Rio en Medio Trail which is a great hiking trail, and Nambe Falls is a splendid local attraction.
This lake is so wonderful. What would winter be without some skiing at Ski Santa Fe; Bandelier National Monument is one of the destinations that are perfect to stop by nearby.
