If you are traveling by, why not stop by Nombe Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. Really wonderful skiing awaits you at Ski Santa Fe, and do pay a visit to Bandelier National Monument while you're here at Nombe Reservoir. Through the long summer days at Nombe Reservoir temperatures are mostly in the 90's with overnight lows in the 50's. Through the wintertime the highs are commonly in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Nombe Reservoir are in the 10's.

Nombe Reservoir is frequently a reasonably dried up spot; the month with most of the rain is August; the driest month is February. The Rio Nambe Trail offers hiking at its
best. This lake is so wonderful. Northlake Campground is a wonderful campground nearby. Lakes are fine; Nambe Falls Reservoir is a lake that's near Nombe Reservoir.
If you need a site to stay Encantado An Auberge Resort is a perfect
choice, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Nombe Reservoir; Rio en Medio Trail is a tremendous local trail.
