Munn Lake gets very little precipitation; August is when you get the most rain here, and January is the month with the least moisture. And if that's not enough there's loads more exciting stuff to do in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. Best Western River's Edge is a perfect spot to get some rest; if you came to camp McCrystal Creek Campground is a good place to do that. For the duration of the warmest time of the year, highs       frequently are in the 80's at Munn Lake. Summer nighttime lows fall down to the 40's. High temperatures throughout the wintertime are normally in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Munn Lake. Hiking along the Bernal Trail is glorious fun, and camping at Monument Lake Resort is always a delightful experience. This lake is located in the wonderful Sangre De Cristo Mountains.
