At Munn Lake through the summer highs are in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's; overnight lows through the wintertime for Munn Lake tend to be in the-10's. Munn Lake is a location that is quite dry regularly; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain; January on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Camping       at Munn Lake is great fun, McCrystal Creek Campground is a great local campground. This lake is located in the wonderful Sangre De Cristo Mountains. After a long day outdoors Best Western River's Edge is a good site to spend a night or two, and Monument Lake Resort is a brilliant campground here. This site, the Sangre De Cristo Mountains, has so much outdoors fun things.
