Carlsbad Caverns National Park is a pleasant spot near Mexican Lake; the nice people of Carlsbad-Artesia like to hang out close by. While staying at Mexican Lake you could always look at China Draw; camping at Mexican Lake is brilliant fun, Cavern Estates Mobile Home and RV Park is a brilliant local campground. If you need a place to stay Carlsbad Super 8 Motel is a glorious choice, and why not camp at Windmill RV Park while       you're here at Mexican Lake. Yeah, come here to Mexican Lake for a brilliant time. Not much precipitation falls here at Mexican Lake; most of the rain falls throughout September, and March meanwhile is the driest month. At Mexican Lake during the days of summer highs are in the 90's while nighttime lows are typically in the 60's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 50's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Mexican Lake. This lake is                  so wonderful.
