The beauty of Meadows Reservoir attracts many people from all around. Meadows Reservoir is a good site to visit for more than one day, River Grove RV Park is a good site to camp nearby, and everyone loves Foxtail Flats. Not much rainfall falls here at Meadows Reservoir; most of the rain falls through August, and June on the other hand is the driest. East Lake is a nearby lake that you could check out; there's whitewater on Animas River for all you adrenaline

During the warm days of summer highs here at Meadows Reservoir reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. Through the winter highs are commonly in the 30's, and nighttime lows throughout the winter for Meadows Reservoir tend to be in the 10's. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors cool things the Mesa Verde has to offer. Good hiking is available along the Wheeler Trail, and if you need a location to stay The Region Inn | |

is a magnificent choice. Whohoo, so much fun stuff in one place! The Mesa Verde is excellent! La Quinta Inn Farmington is a great location to get some rest; the good folks of Farmington like to hang out close by.
But wait, there's
more to do near Meadows Reservoir. A lake nearby is Fourmile Reservoir. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Meadows Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Mom and Pop RV Park. This lake is so wonderful. From Meadows
Reservoir you get a great view of Ute Dome. This lake is so wonderful. If you want a little side tour, try The Narrows, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend San Juan River.
