you can camp at Buzzard Park Campground. Lakes? Sure, Ed Ladd Lake is close by. Just can't get enough of the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. There's so much to do here at Martinez Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Acres Green RV Park is a delightful place for that; after a long day outdoors Best Western Jicarilla Inn is a brilliant place to spend a night or two.
At Martinez Pond you don’t see much rain; August is the month that gets the most rain,

and June is when it's the driest. If you need a spot to stay Econo Lodge Pagosa Springs is a good choice. Martinez Pond is one of the lakes here in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains.
