At Lower Canjilon Lakes you can catch a glimpse of Canjilon Mountain, and if you came to camp Middle Canjilon Campground is a splendid site to do that. For the duration of the days of summer highs here at Lower Canjilon Lakes reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's while Lower Canjilon Lakes overnight low temperatures during the       winter are in the 0's. Get covered with water paddling on Rio de los Brazos, and Alkali Spring is always fun to check out. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Rio Brazos is so much fun, and the fine folks of Espanola like to hang out close by. Yep, outdoors entertaining stuff to do are really bountiful here at Lower Canjilon Lakes.
