If you are traveling by, why not stop by Lost Pond. The vistas at Guadalupe Mountains National Park will blow your mind. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Lost Pond while night lows are mostly in the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 50's, and throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Lost Pond temperatures drop to the 20's. Around Lost Pond you don’t get a lot of precipitation; August is when you get the most rain here, and March on the other hand is the driest.
