    Many people like to go to Lost Lake Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the Rock Springs Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and there are plenty of folks from Farmington here. You could also pop by San Juan Power Generation Reservoir if you're here at Lost Lake Reservoir; it's close by, and if you came for an overnight stay Ship Rock Campground is a great place to camp. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy  
   the Mesa Verde. Get your heart beating on the perfect whitewater of San Juan River, and Lost Lake Reservoir is not the only place close by, Chimney Pond is a close by lake.
This lake is located in the wonderful Mesa Verde. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this site. If the weather is tremendous here at Lost Lake Reservoir, you can go for a hike along the Petroglyph Point Trail; on a glorious day you can take a hike along the Ute Springs Trail.
 
               The warmest time of the year at Lost Lake Reservoir arrives with high temperatures in the 80's while nighttime lows are ordinarily in the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 30's, and overnight lows in the 10's for Lost Lake Reservoir. Lost Lake Reservoir is a location that is reasonably waterless typically; August is the wettest month with most rain, and June on the other hand is the driest.
