It's always fun to stop by Lost Lake. Lost Lake is pretty waterless regularly; August is when you get the most rain here, and February is the month with the least moisture. And if that's not enough there's heaps more entertaining stuff to do in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. A splendid place to go to near Lost Lake is Denton Canyon; the skiing at Ski Santa Fe is brilliant. High temperatures at Lost Lake through the days of summer are in the 80's. For the

Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 30's, and overnight lows through the winter for Lost Lake tend to be in the 0's. Lost Lake is one of the lakes here in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Lost Lake has to offer, you can camp at Brush Ranch Camps, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Sipapu Ski is pretty near. This lake is so | |

wonderful. Now, you may think that's heaps but there's even more cool stuff to do here in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. A tremendous view of delightful Spring Mountain is available from Lost Lake; don't leave Lost Lake without
first going for a hike along the Divide Trail. If you want a good time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Lost Lake. There's so much to do here at Lost Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Pendaries RV Resort is a
great site for that, and the cheerful people of Las Vegas like to hang out nearby. Lost Bear Lake is a good lake near Lost Lake, and there's good hiking along the Santa Barbara Angostura Trail. This lake is so wonderful. There
are fine places to discover along the Gascon Trail, and a lovely lake like Enchanted Lake is a great place to stop at.
