Best Western Jicarilla Inn is a perfect site to get some rest. Lost Lake gets very little rainfall; the wettest month of the year is regularly August, that's the one that rains the most; June meanwhile is the driest month. Chosa Mesa is a peak you can catch a glimpse of from Lost Lake; Buck Canyon is another splendid location to stop at close by. At Lost       Lake during the summer months highs are in the 90's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's, and night lows in the 10's for Lost Lake. Whohoo, so much exciting stuff in one place! The San Juan Mountains rocks! It's always pleasant to have a look at Aspen Spring, and camping at Buzzard Park Campground is always a good experience.
