This lake is so wonderful. Do stop at Beaver Lake near Las Ranas Lake, it's a scenic lake; the Fish Creek Trail is a great hiking trail nearby. For the period of the warmest time of the year at Las Ranas Lake temperatures are typically in the 80's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 40's.
