Laguna Larga

This lake is located in the wonderful San Juan and Jemez Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Rio de los Pinos SWFA is a good local campground, and of course, this is a nice region for people who like lakes, Rinker Lake is a lake around here. A good 20-mile-in-distance whitewater stretch on San Antonio River is close by. This, the Lagunitas to Los Pinos portion, is a grade II-III. This stretch of San Antonio River is proposed for raft paddlers of medium skill.
Whitewater boating can turn dangerous, so check circumstances in advance of a trip.
Carson National Forest is worth taking a look at if you're at Laguna Larga.
