The Lake gets very little rain; the wettest month of the year is generally September, that's the one that rains the most, and March is the month with the least moisture. Going for a hike along the Double Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and a brilliant place to camp here at The Lake is Queen Store Cafe and RV Park. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is good here at The       Lake, you can go for a hike along the Ussery Trail, and Bogle Flats is a delightful site. On a good day at The Lake you can take a hike along the Golden Stairway Trail. The Lake is not the only site close by, Tule Lake is a close by lake, and dry warm beds await you at Whites City Resort. High temperatures at The Lake through the summer months are in the 80's, and the night is a little colder of course, frequently in the 60's.
