You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff at Lake Roberts. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Lake Roberts. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. Highs during the winter are ordinarily in the 50's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Lake Roberts. You simply should love the Black Range. If the weather is good here at Lake Roberts, you can       go for a hike along the Sapillo Trail, and the nice people of Silver City like to hang out nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Mesa Campground while you're here at Lake Roberts; dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Silver City. On a great day at Lake Roberts you can take a hike along the Lookout Trail, and lakes are such peaceful places, why not stop at Goose Lake. If you want a glorious time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Lake                  Roberts. Near Lake Roberts you hit upon glorious locations like Meerschaum Canyon; a glorious place for whitewater paddling is Gila River. Man, is there a load of cool things to do in the Black Range. You can take a little spree to Lake Roberts Dam if you're here at Lake Roberts; Tadpole Lake is a good lake nearby. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Upper End Campground is a good place to camp, and after a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Silver City, Nm is a delightful site to spend a night or two. It is very arid here at Lake Roberts usually; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain while April is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Lake Roberts is located in the Black Range. Gila Cliff Dwellings National Monument is one of the destinations in close proximity to Lake Roberts that are good to go to, and Meadow Creek is next to Lake Roberts and is always a joy to have a look at.
