Durango is a magnificent place to do that, and dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Farmington East. You imagine that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Beeline Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could go to, and naturally Hargis Arroyo is a scenic stream that is worth stopping at. This lake is so wonderful. You'll meet a lot of folks from Farmington here; playing golf is lots of fun at Pinon Hills Golf Course. For the period of the summertime at       Lake Farmington temperatures are commonly in the 90's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's while Lake Farmington nighttime low temperatures all through the winter are in the 10's. Lake Farmington is pretty waterless generally; through the month of October you get the most rain around here; the driest of the months is June. This lake is so wonderful. TownePlace Suites Farmington is a                  wonderful spot to get some rest, and why not camp at Downs RV Park while you're here at Lake Farmington. If you came for an overnight stay The Downs R.V. Park is a tremendous place to camp, and the top of Bald Mesa is easily seen from Lake Farmington.
