Yep, outdoors fun stuff truly is plentiful here in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always have a look at close by Stewart Lake. There's so much to do here at Lake Johnson that you need to camp here for a while, Cowles Campground is a wonderful place for that. This lake is so wonderful. Bishop's Lodge is a perfect location to get some rest, and you can never       get enough of the perfect skiing at Ski Santa Fe. If you want a perfect time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. Take a hike on the Agua Sarca Trail; a journey to Santa Fe National Historic Trail is worthwhile. This lake is so wonderful. Have a splendid hiking adventure along the Winsor Trail, and at Lake Johnson you always meet someone from Santa Fe. All through the summertime months, highs mostly are in the 90's at Lake                  Johnson, and the nighttime is fairly chillier of course, typically in the 50's.
