Upper Gallinas Campground is a perfect campground nearby, and Juniper Water Well is a glorious lake close by. Not much rainfall falls here at Hot Springs Well; the month with most of the rain is August, and the driest month is April. Not far from Hot Springs Well you get some good water scenery at LC Dam, and you acquire a tremendous panorama of Maverick Mountain from here. This place, Hot Springs Well, it simply       has so much outdoors cool stuff. This lake is so wonderful. Hot Springs Well is a good place to visit for more than one day, Iron Creek Campground is a good place to camp nearby; lakes are such serene places, why not check out Watson Well. Hot Springs Well is located in the Black Range. At Hot Springs Well through the warmest time of the year highs are in the 80's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Throughout the winter the highs are frequently                  in the 50's while Hot Springs Well night low temperatures during the winter are in the 10's. And that's not everything there is to do here in the Black Range.
