     Guaje Reservoir is always a pleasure to visit. For the duration of the months of summer, highs commonly are in the 80's at Guaje Reservoir. Summer nighttime lows drop down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Guaje Reservoir. Why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Los Alamos County Government Recreation Division Golf Course, and the panorama of beautiful Caballo Mountain  
   is good. Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing things in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. Los Alamos Reservoir is a good lake in close proximity to Guaje Reservoir, and if you're looking for a great visit, Bandelier National Monument is reasonably near.
This lake is so wonderful. If you come at the right time of year, Rio Grande offers some tremendous whitewater; Ashley Hotel and Suites is a great place to get some rest. Guaje Reservoir is regularly
 
               a reasonably arid spot; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month of the year is February. If you want a good time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Guaje Reservoir. Guaje Reservoir is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Las Conchas Campground is a tremendous local campground, and if you need a spot to stay Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Los Alamos, Nm is a delightful choice.
All year is a great time in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains if you like the outdoors. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Pajarito Mountain, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Mitchell Trail. Guaje Reservoir is located in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. There are some magnificent whitewater spots on Rio Chama, and Vallecito de los Caballos is beyond doubt a nice location to have a look at.
If the weather is good here at Guaje Reservoir, you can go for a hike along the Caballo Trail, and you're sure to run into some friendly people from Los Alamos here. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing things at Guaje Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Juniper Campground is a magnificent location to do that, and on a splendid day you can take a hike along the Guaje Canyon Trail.
