After a long day outdoors La Quinta Inn & Suites Hobbs is a glorious place to spend a night or two, and at Green Meadow Lake you always meet someone from Hobbs. Holiday Inn Express Hobbs, Nm is a tremendous place to get some rest, and Ocotillo Park Golf Course is a pleasant golf course nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Green Meadow Lake is a delightful spot to camp, Brownell's RV Park is a delightful spot,       and Harry Mcadams Park is a great campground here. Not much rainfall falls here at Green Meadow Lake; August is the month that gets the most rain while January is ordinarily the driest month. All through the warm days of summer, highs frequently are in the 90's at Green Meadow Lake. During the moonlight hours it's usually in the 60's.
