Granite Point Reservoir is a lake worth visiting. Hiking along the Atalaya Trail is magnificent fun, and getting to Agua Sarca Creek from Granite Point Reservoir is easy. This lake is so wonderful. Granite Point Reservoir is right by the Thompson Peak Trail, and Tesuque Pueblo RV Campground is a fine campground nearby. If time allows, Bandelier National Monument is a national park worth visiting, and not far from Granite Point Reservoir you obtain some great

| | water scenery at McClure Dam. Granite Point Reservoir is pretty dry frequently; during the month of August you get the most rain around here while February is mostly the driest month. Nichols Reservoir is a delightful lake close to Granite Point Reservoir, and Big Tesuque Campground is a great local campground. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Fort Marcy Hotel Suites; get your heart pumping on the great whitewater of Rio Santa Cruz. | |

During the summertime highs here at Granite Point Reservoir get into the 90's while overnight lows are usually in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's, and night lows in the 10's for Granite Point Reservoir. Lakes? Sure,
Four Mile Reservoir is in close proximity. The good people of Santa Fe like to hang out nearby, and going for a hike along the Chamiza Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. Granite Point Reservoir
