why not take a refreshing hike along the Embudo Trail. Gonzales Reservoir is not the only spot nearby, Kiva Reservoir is a nearby lake; do take a hike on the Pino Trail. Gonzales Reservoir is a location that is rather dried up typically;
the month with most of the rain is August, and the driest month is November. For the duration of the summer months at Gonzales Reservoir temperatures are usually in the 90's. Summer overnight lows drop down to the 60's. High temperatures
during the wintertime are normally in the 40's, and after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at Gonzales Reservoir drop into the 20's. Any time is a great time at Gonzales Reservoir if you go for the outdoors.
Juan Tabo Detention Dam is lovely and it's near Gonzales Reservoir; a great nearby hotel is Americas Best Value Inn/Albuquerque East. This lake is so wonderful.
