    If you are traveling by, why not stop by Ghost Lake. This lake is one of the great places here in the San Francisco Mountains. Summer at Ghost Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. All through the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 40's. Daytime highs all through the winter are in the 40's, and nighttime lows all through the winter for Ghost Lake tend to be in the 10's. Around Ghost Lake you don’t get a lot of rain; of all the months in a year August  
   is the one with the most rain; April is when it's the driest.
Stay the night at Willow Creek Campground; you can go for a hike on the Iron Creek Mesa Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Gila Cliff Dwellings National Monument is a very great site to check out in close proximity to Ghost Lake, and going for a hike on the Continental Divide National Scenic Trail is always a nice adventure.
You completely must like the San Francisco Mountains. Dipping Vat Campground is a good campground here; there are fine spots to discover along the Middle Fork Trail.
