    A visit to Ghost Lake is always a good idea. Have a fine hiking adventure along the Continental Divide National Scenic Trail; going for a hike along the Middle Fork Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. While you're here at Ghost Lake you can take a hike along the Iron Creek Mesa Trail; there are other places here than Ghost Lake, for example Lost Lake. Ghost Lake is located in the San Francisco Mountains.
Through the summer at Ghost
 
   Lake highs are regularly in the 80's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's with temperatures at Ghost Lake dipping down into the 10's through winter nights. If you want a tremendous time in the great outdoors just come on up to the San Francisco Mountains. If time allows, Gila Cliff Dwellings National Monument is a national park worth a visit, and Ghost Lake is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, Willow  
               Creek Campground is a glorious local campground. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are such calm places, why not stop by Patterson Pond close to Ghost Lake. There's so much to do here at Ghost Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Dipping Vat Campground is a magnificent place for that.
Man, is there lots of fun stuff to do in the neighborhood of Ghost Lake. At Ghost Lake you don’t see much rainfall; most of the rain falls through August, and the driest month is April.
