Go to Ferguson Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. Looking for a great visit? Fort Union National Monument is reasonably close to Ferguson Lake, and Ferguson Lake is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Mills Canyon Campground is a delightful local campground. | | the 40's with temperatures at Ferguson Lake dipping down into the 10's throughout winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are perfect; Dry Laguna is a lake that's close to Ferguson Lake. It is very dried up here at Ferguson Lake commonly; the month with most of the rain is August, and December is the month with the least moisture. Not far from Ferguson Lake, you'll stumble on Stony Lake which is a charming lake, and Red River Cattle Company Dam is a beautiful site. | |
