This lake is so wonderful. The snow is good at Ski Apache, and Hunters Draw is without doubt a great place to pop by. Ruidoso Downs-Days Inn is a delightful place to get some rest. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Eagle Lakes has to offer, you can camp at River Ranch Campground. So many entertaining things near Eagle Lakes, clearly striking. Go for a hike on the Wet       Mills Trail, and a tour to Little Spring will fill your soul with pleasant feelings. Around Eagle Lakes you don’t get a lot of precipitation; through August this area sees the most rain while April is regularly the driest month. Whohoo, so many amusing things in one place! The Sacramento Mountains is unbeatable! After a long day outdoors Ramada Ruidoso Downs is a great spot to spend a night or two, and there are great sites to look at along the Dry Mills                  Trail. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors enjoyable things the Sacramento Mountains has to offer. Don't leave Eagle Lakes without first going for a hike along the Cedar Creek Trail. For the duration of the warm days of summer, highs mostly are in the 90's at Eagle Lakes, and the nighttime is a bit colder of course, frequently in the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 50's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Eagle Lakes drop into the 20's. This lake is one of the great places here in the Sacramento Mountains.
