Deep Lake is frequently a quite dehydrated place; August is the month that gets the most rain, and April is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is one of the great places here in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. High temperatures at Deep Lake during the months of summer are in the 80's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Highs all through the winter are frequently in the 30's while Deep Lake overnight low temperatures throughout the winter are in the 0's. These mountains rock, just look at all the exciting stuff to do in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains.
