Going for a hike along the Atalaya Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and Dead Dog Well is a good location to visit for more than one day, Trailer Ranch is a good location to camp nearby. Whitewater paddling is great on Rio Grande; obviously, this is a splendid region for people who like lakes, Weir Well is a lake in the neighborhood. Around Dead Dog Well you don’t get a lot of rain; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. High temperatures at Dead Dog Well through the warmest time of the year are in the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. temperatures sink to the 10's. It's a brilliant idea to check out Alamo Creek, it's in the vicinity of Dead Dog Well. This lake is so wonderful. Get drenched paddling on Rio Santa Cruz; hiking along the Capulin Canyon Trail is nice
fun. Ski Santa Fe has great slopes and a friendly staff, and Dead Dog Well is right by the Cochiti Frijoles Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Road Runner RV Park is a pleasant local campground, and if you need a location to stay
Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites LOS ALAMOS ENTRADA PARK is a tremendous choice. If only every location had this much outdoors enjoyable things, what a great earth it would be. If you haven’t been to Santa Fe National Historic Trail,
you have to schedule some time for it while you're here; Fairfield Inn Santa Fe is a fine place to get some rest.
