Cow Lake

This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Italianos Campground, and Cow Lake is right by the Twining Blue Lake Trail. Red River has a grade IV+ part of whitewater nearby. The 14-mile-in-length Highway 515 to Dunn Bridge segment is perfect to kayak. It could be said that this part of Red River is a location for expert paddling. If you are going paddling, you must always check the latest conditions. Yep, outdoors entertaining stuff truly is abundant
here in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. A nice spot to camp here at Cow Lake is Cuchillo De Medio Campground, and a wonderful lake like Latir Lakes is a great location to stop at.
