  You absolutely must stop by Carson National Forest since you're here at Cold Lake. Cold Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Middle Canjilon Campground is a great local campground. There's so much to do here at Cold Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Upper Canjilon Lakes is a tremendous site for that. Put some time aside to spend at Ojito Jarosite while you're here at Cold Lake. Dry warm beds await you at The Abiquiu Inn, and Alkali
    Spring is a magnificent local attraction.
Cold Lake is located in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Cold Lake is not the only site nearby, Rinker Lake is a nearby lake.
