At Cochiti Well during the summer highs are in the 80's, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are frequently in the 30's; after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Cochiti Well dip into the 10's. Not far from Cochiti Well, you'll stumble on Rim Well which is a beautiful lake; Luxury Inn Santa Fe is a delightful place to       get some rest. Not much rain falls here at Cochiti Well; August is the month that gets the most rain; the driest of the months is February. Any time is a pleasant time at Cochiti Well if you have a thing about the outdoors. Near Cochiti Well you hit upon the Cochiti Frijoles Trail which is a glorious hiking trail, and a fine close by hotel is Sunrise Springs Inn. Pajarito Mountain is a very popular ski area close at hand, and going for a hike on the Capulin                  Canyon Trail is always a nice adventure. This lake is so wonderful. There are other sites here than Cochiti Well, for example Tetilla Trick Tant. The vistas at Bandelier National Monument will blow your mind, and at Cochiti Well you always meet someone from Los Alamos. Go for a hike on the Canada Capulin Trail, and why not camp at Juniper Campground if you're here at Cochiti Well. This lake is so wonderful.
