     Cochiti Lake is always a pleasure to visit. So much exciting stuff to do at Cochiti Lake, so little time. A spree to Canada de Cochiti is always fun; Rio Grande is a magnificent whitewater spot close by. High temperatures at Cochiti Lake all through the warm days of summer are in the 70's with night lows in the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Cochiti Lake. This site is unbeatable, just explore all the  
   entertaining stuff to do close to Cochiti Lake. Camping is available at Las Conchas Campground.
And if that's not enough there's a heap more enjoyable stuff to do in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. Enjoy a round of golf at Pueblo de Cochiti Golf Course not far from Cochiti Lake, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Capulin Canyon Trail. Hit the slopes at Pajarito Mountain in the neighborhood, and obviously, all our national parks are glorious
 
               places to pop by and Bandelier National Monument is no exception. This lake is so wonderful. Lots of people from Los Alamos come to Cochiti Lake, and if you need a spot to stay Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Los Alamos, Nm is a pleasant choice.
The San Juan and Jemez Mountains scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. At Cochiti Dam in the vicinity of Cochiti Lake there are some interesting things to see, and the Canada Capulin Trail is a great hiking trail nearby. Camping at Juniper Campground is always a delightful experience; naturally, this is a nice neighborhood for people who like lakes, Cochiti Well is a lake in the neighborhood.
Just can't get enough of the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. Santa Fe River is a magnificent local stream; if the weather is delightful, you can go for a hike along the Cochiti Frijoles Trail. Cochiti Lake is pretty dehydrated ordinarily; the month with most of the rain is August, and May meanwhile is the driest month. After a long day outdoors Ashley Hotel and Suites is a great spot to spend a night or two, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always check out close by Tetilla Hole.
