The beauty of Chimney Pond is reason enough to stop by. Camping at Ship Rock Campground is always a brilliant experience, and there's good hiking along the Ute Springs Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on San Juan River is so much fun; a tremendous site is Burnt Squash Draw.
