While you're here at Chain Lakes, you could also have a look at picturesque Bottomless Lakes, and Red Barn Rv Park is a wonderful campground nearby. High temperatures at Chain Lakes through the warm months are in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures fall       down into the 60's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 50's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Chain Lakes. Man, is there a load of cool stuff to do near Chain Lakes. Cottonwood Lake is a nearby lake that you could visit. You get a splendid view of Comanche Hill from Chain Lakes, and a quick visit to Rio Hondo is absolutely a great idea. This lake is so wonderful. If you're visiting Chain Lakes from Roswell, you won't be the                  only one, and dry warm beds await you at Fairfield Inn & Suites Roswell.
