Whohoo, so many fun things in one place! The San Juan Mountains rules! Boyer Lake is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Twin Rivers Trailer Park is a wonderful local campground, and the V Rock Trail is a great hiking trail close by. There is a pleasant hiking trail close to Boyer Lake called the Fish Creek Trail; whitewater paddling is good on Navajo River. Boyer Lake       is one of the lakes here in the San Juan Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. At Boyer Lake you can distinguish Chromo Mountain, and if you need a place to stay Corkins Lodge is a nice choice. Looking for something close to Boyer Lake? Las Ranas Lake is around here, and a delightful nearby hotel is Cumbres Suites. And if you're still looking for more outdoors amusing stuff just keep reading. Take a side trip to Los Cuatas Creek, and on a glorious day you can                  take a hike along the Leche Creek Trail. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors fun stuff the San Juan Mountains has to offer. A delightful place to camp here at Boyer Lake is Rio Chama RV Campground, and paddling on Rio Chama is so much fun. Boyer Lake is a location that is rather dehydrated generally; August is when you get the most rain here, and the driest of the months is June. For the duration of the summertime at Boyer Lake highs are regularly in the 80's, and the overnight is a little colder of course, regularly in the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's while the cold winter nights at Boyer Lake are in the 0's.
